Niki was a part time-nanny for my daughter from ages 5 months until she started pre-school at 3 years old. My daughter loves Niki, and I always feel confident that she is well-cared for when she is with her. Niki is always fully engaged with her and very reliable. Though we no longer need Niki on a regular basis, we still have her babysit for date nights and my daughter is always excited for her "play dates" with Niki. I highly recommend Niki!
