I recently employed this babysitter for a few months to care for my son. Initially, she arrived on time and was eager to help while my son was infant (10-14 months). My son always slept up to 2 hours daily and she was never required to do anything while he slept (free money). However, as my son grew older, her performance declined. She began showing up late and cancelling at the last minute, and seemed to become too relaxed in her duties. Eventually, it became evident that she could no longer keep up with my active toddler and when I asked her to prioritize spending quality time with him and completing necessary tasks during his nap time (which is usually up to 2 hours) she abruptly quit less than a week later without giving proper notice. Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover that her rush to finish tasks while my son was awake resulted in incomplete cleaning of his dishes.
