About Nikia

I'm looking for flexible, part-time opportunities where I can help make life easier for busy families! I'm especially interested in overnight nanny care, morning routines and school drop-offs, date-night babysitting, tutoring, and pet sitting or dog walking. I'd love to build lasting relationships with families, but I'm also happy to help occasionally! I earned my bachelor's degree in Dance Education over 10 years ago and have taught children from toddlers to young adults. I currently work at MiraCosta College's Equity Center, helping students with coursework, technology, and educational resources. Outside of work and school, I love spending time with family and friends, hiking with my dog, going to the beach, boogie boarding, yoga, Pilates, and sound baths! Most importantly, I genuinely care about people. Whether I'm teaching, mentoring, or caregiving, I bring patience, compassion, and positive energy. I want to be someone your family can truly trust and rely on!
