Hello, my name is Niki and I am so glad that you are viewing my profile! I have worked with children for several months in child care centers where I was trained to keep children entertained and tend to a plethora of intense situations, and I also have experience caring for large groups of children, and have cared for up to 20 children ages four and up simultaneously, which means that your triplets can hit me with their best shot! My experience as a teacher's assistant has granted me a great deal of experience and knowledge in dealing with children. I am able to identify and address behavioral gestures as well as communicate effectively with children in a way that is easily understandable to them. Child care is an important task and I believe that it is essential for child care providers to understand children and be able to relate to them. Which is why fun is so important to me, because kids really just want to have fun!
