About Nikeya

Hello! My name is Nikki, and I bring over 25 years of compassionate, direct and indirect patient care experience to every person I care for. As a social worker, I've spent decades supporting seniors and other individuals with chronic conditions through the most vulnerable moments of their lives. I also previously worked as a CNA while in college. After recently working as a social services director in a skilled nursing facility, I'm now once again transitioning away from hospital and facility-based care to focus on personalized, one-on-one support for individuals in their homes. I believe deeply in dignity, respect, and whole-person centered care, and I value the relationships I build with both clients and families. As a mother of a college senior and a long-time advocate for aging adults, I understand how much trust and reliability matters when choosing a caregiver. My schedule is flexible, and I am here to assist in any way I can.
