About Nija

I have diverse hands-on experience in healthcare and direct care. I worked in a group home supporting 12 adults with special needs (ages 19-75), providing full daily care including meals, medication administration, bathing, toileting, transportation, and structured activities. I also worked as a phlebotomist serving patients of all ages, strengthening my clinical skills and professionalism. Currently, I am a pediatric sleep technician transitioning to full time Behavior Technician and preparing for my RBT and CNA exams. I've completed 100+ hours of CNA training and clinical rotations. I am dependable, patient, organized, and passionate about providing safe, compassionate, and respectful care.
