About Niha

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, grounded and nurturing I spent 4 years at a local after school childcare program (Prime Time in Tacoma) where I supervised children, organized activities, prepared snacks and made sure every child felt safe! From there I transitioned into child development work where I worked with families to monitor developmental milestones and partnered with doulas during their earliest years In my spare time, I like to read, run, go to the movies and spend time with loved ones One thing you should know about me is I love spending time with kids and i'm currently a student hoping to study nursing. I would eventually like to work in pediatrics or a labor and delivery unit 1. walking kids through emotional regulation 2. child development knowledge 3. communication - I like to keep in connect with parents so they know what's happening while they are away
