My background includes some college education and training as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm patient, creative, and approachable, and I build strong relationships with children through activities like outdoor games and board games. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and always communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether it's a quick chat at pickup or regular text updates.
