About Niera

Hi! My name is Niera, a current student. I have extensive experience caring for children through both family and community involvement. Growing up with four younger siblings, I have spent years helping with everything from supervising playtime and assisting with homework to preparing meals and managing daily routines. I currently work with children at the Silverbacks Basketball Camps, hosted at George Pierce Park and Rhodes Jordan Park. I supervise activities and encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship. I genuinely enjoy working with kids and being a positive role model. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, and I always prioritize safety while making sure children feel comfortable and engaged. I would describe myself as dependable, energetic, and caring. Whether it's helping with homework, playing games, or keeping children safe, I strive to provide a safe, fun, and positive experience for every family I work with!
