About Nidia

With a strong background in social work and over 15 years of experience supporting children and families, I provide nurturing, development-focused care for young children--especially infants, toddlers, and early learners. My approach centers on safety, emotional support, and age-appropriate engagement. I'd describe my personality as Nurturing, Purpose-driven, and resilient. I like working with kids because it deeply aligns with who I am as a person. I am a natural born nurturer, therefore children respond to me authentically. I am a genuine and wholehearted person. Alongside from my background and expertise- I am a true believer that I have a trained eye with little learners and great connection. I'm looking for a job with being a Nanny and/or babysitter because it fits where I am right now personally, professionally, and emotionally. It also aligns with my natural strengths as well as the gift of doing meaningful work without the burnout.
