A devoted nanny with a 13 year background. I am driven to help the children I work with to succeed , and encourage them in every positive aspect with every opportunity I see where fitting. I-love working with children and being a positive role model to them. I am very hands on when it comes to working with infants , toddlers , or children. I take the time utilizing my patience and perseverance to develop a special bond with them. Since working with the many children I've had the pleasure of being apart of many great mile markers in said child's lives. And I have learned that every child is unique, and not every child responds the same . You have observe what learning techniques suit said child best , which allows me to do my job effectively. I have worked with children with disabilities or as I like to say special abilities. I observe , and reflect on what I can do to impact there lives in the best possible way so they can continue to grow.
