About Nicolle

I like working with kids because of the relationship you build with the family over time. I love watching the kids grow and overcome personal challenges as well as building trust with the kids and family. To me, childcare is more than a job and I prioritize being seen as a role model by the kids over an employee. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old as a dance teachers assistant with kids aged 2-4. I continued my experience as a instructor and when I was 17 I began working as an instructor for different specialty classes and camps such as dance, theatre, cooking, and art gaining experience with kids ages 4-13. Last year I was a live in Nanny for two boys ages 4 and 7 in Spain where I would care for them full-time and teach them English, which over the course of 11 months helped me master communication and time management skills. In my spare time, I love to take dance classes, travel, and spend time outdoors whether it be hiking, camping or just going to the park!
