About Nicolle

Nicolle took care of our son as a full-time nanny (40 hrs/week) from when he was 6 months old all the way until he turned 2 years old recently. She was absolutely amazing with him and exceeded our expectations. She is calm, kind and loving, and she gave us so much valuable advice for him around different little behaviors of his. She even proactively started potty training him at about 18 months (with our consent of course!) and it's incredible how fast he has progressed ever since based on her approach. At the same time, she followed the routines closely that we wanted to establish for our son. She was always very flexible, and several times helped us out as a babysitter too. Every day she found a great balance between different activities, like outdoor activities, playtime in his room, doing little exercises, or just goofing around in the living room. She was also super helpful with this eating habits, preparing breakfast and lunch for him and even helping with groceries for him. One situation to highlight was that one time my wife was feeding our son and he started choking. My wife was panicking, but Nicolle remained calm and immediately acted properly, resolving the situation within seconds. Last but not least, she was also amazing with our dog. We are exciting that our son will start daycare soon, yet we are bummed to lose Nicolle as his nanny. We could not have made a better choice in choosing her, and hope she finds a great next child (and family) to care for!
