About Nicole

Hello friends! My name is Nicole (or I often go by Nikki) and I am an undergraduate student. I usually babysit family members but now that I am far away from home, this unfortunately is no longer an option. I have always loved caring for children even when I was a child myself so I would love to be able to do this for other families! I am an intern at UCD Med Center in Pediatrics and am hoping to become a Pediatrician in the near future (hopefully!!) Most of my free time is spent working towards this goal whether it's in my academics, learning about developing minds or actually putting this knowledge/experience to practice! I like working with kids because I know creating a family of my own is something that I deeply look forward to in the future. Working with kids also reminds me exactly why I want to pursue preventive care. In my spare time I like to dance and bake, preferably at the same time! Growing up baking was a fun way for me to relax and also spend time with those I love!
