My experience with her from the moment she arrived was nothing short of phenomenal, she brought a special warmth that my 6 year old daughter instantly took a liking to. She was mature and respectful handling every situation with the upmost kindnest, engaged with my daughter in creative activities ensuring she was entertained and happy. I returned home to my daughter asking when Nicole can come back to play which meant the world to me.
