I am a 50-year-old mother to 2 teenage boys. As a young person I was the neighborhood babysitter for many families. I was also a second mother to my sister 10 years younger than me. I can say honestly that I love all the ages and all the stages. I have had a 25-year professional career as music teacher and performer and I continue actively in both. I'm looking to be a child care provider on the side to help boost my income as the cost of living seems to rise faster than my income. Being a music teacher I have built relationships with now many hundreds of students of all ages and seem to have a knack at building rapport and trust. I homeschooled my children for a few years before covid hit and don't mind helping with homework. I'm also pretty fluent in Italian. I have not taken a CPR class recently. I do have experience with both cats and dogs in the home.
