We hired Nicole to look after our 1.5 year boy while we both worked from home before he started preschool and could not have been happier! She is kind, patient, and an all-around wonderful person. After meeting her the first time, we immediately felt comfortable and hired her shortly thereafter to watch our son full-time during the workday. Nicole quickly brought much-needed sanity to our chaotic toddler life! We were finally able to take a step back and feel like ourselves again, which is huge. We always knew our son was in good hands and didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped our son hit a number of milestones that we unsuccessfully tried many times. She helped him get off the bottle, fall asleep on his own, use a regular-sized bathtub, learn colors (which he was struggling with), and even taught him how to clean up his toys! She handled tantrums with patience/kindness while also letting him know when he was acting up. Our son is a tough eater, but Nicole was able to get him to eat all kinds of different foods, including vegetables! Nicole is reliable, flexible, and a great communicator. Most importantly, Nicole was someone we loved to have around the house to chat to hang out with. If we’re ever lucky to have another child, Nicole will be our first call for childcare/support. We’re going to miss Nicole tremendously - except for when we hire her to watch our son for a regular date night! If you’re looking for a great nanny, look no further and hire Nicole!
