We employed Nicole V. as a nanny for nearly 2 years for our two young sons, until we moved overseas. Nicole always came to work prepared with a plan for the day. She organized daily activities targeted at our sons' developmental abilities and milestones, and incorporated their interests into their time together. She created a safe place for fun. Nicole also provided support, encouragement, and advice to my husband and me. When she began working for us, our older son was experiencing gross motor delay. Nicole took him to his weekly physical therapy appointments, and worked with his therapist to find ways to incorporate therapy daily in his routine. Nicole's ability to communicate with and have empathy for children is unparalleled. She has an eye for detail, is a critical thinker, and takes the time to research a solution before implementing it. She maintains a level head in the most challenging of situations. Nicole is a very hard working, conscientious employee!
