Hi! I'm Nikki, a nursing student with a passion for supporting children and teens with diverse learning needs. I have ADHD and an Auditory Processing Disorder, so I understand firsthand that every person learns differently. I have been a member of Best Buddies at my university for the past 3 years. Throughout my own academic journey, I struggled to find mentors who understood my challenges and believed in my potential. With the right support and strategies, I went on to earn A's in rigorous college science courses. Because of my experiences, I am patient, empathetic, and committed to helping others build confidence in themselves. I strive to create a positive, judgment-free environment where children and teens feel understood, supported, and empowered to succeed. Whether providing academic help, mentorship, or simply a reliable and encouraging presence and friend, my goal is to help every person recognize their strengths and reach their full potential.
