When Nicki walks in, the sunshine follows her. Nicki has been a key care provider for my mom who struggles with mobility issues. Her compassion and kindness have brought joy and light to days my mom has a hard time dealing with how life has changed for her. It goes without saying that Nicki is an experienced and dedicated caregiver. We trust her abilities and always feel comfortable that my mom is in excellent hands. But the most precious part of her care is the way Nicki cares about my mom - she treats her with respect and kindness as though my mom was her family too. My mom’s face lights up when Nicki walks in and it’s always a good day when she is there. I cannot begin to describe the difference Nicki has made in my mom’s in home care plan.
