Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. Working in the medical field for the last 20+ years, I've been honored to support adults & seniors, helping them maintain their independence & well-being. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Home Health Aide, Surgical Technologist, other certifications, current CPR & First Aid certifications. I provide respite care, transportation, & assistance with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, & mobility. My approach is patient, compassionate, & friendly. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences & history to build a strong connection. I also have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, & incorporating memory care activities. I communicate with families through written reports & verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to families while enriching the lives of their loved ones is what I find most rewarding.
