Nicole has been my dad’s nurse since he moved into assisted living, and she has been there through all of the ups and downs. She truly looks out for the best interests of her patients and consistently goes above and beyond whenever she is needed. There have been many times when my dad has been having a difficult day, and if I see Nicole in the facility, I immediately breathe a sigh of relief knowing he is in such caring hands. Nicole makes family members feel heard, valued, and included, and she treats her patients with the dignity, compassion, and respect they deserve. Her kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed, and she has made such a positive difference in our family’s experience. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Nicole has a truly big heart, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she does.
