About Nicole

Nicole—lovingly known as “Coco” by my girls—was an absolute gift to our family for nearly two years. She provided full-time care during summers and school breaks, and consistently picked them up from school during the year. From the beginning, she created a warm, safe, and open environment where my daughters felt truly seen, heard, and supported. One of the things I appreciated most about Coco was her ability to build real trust with my children while always keeping communication open with me. She never hesitated to loop me in on anything that may have been concerning, while still respecting and honoring my kids’ voices and emotions. That kind of balance is rare and so valuable.
