About Nicole

I'd describe my personality as kind, outgoing, and gentle. I enjoy caring for children, and I'm able to come alongside families to give them that extra support needed. I'm looking for an environment that is meaningful and can provide a sense of purpose, knowing that I am making a positive impact in someone's life. I started caring for children as a teenager by helping families in my neighborhood with fun activities for their children. In my spare time, I like cooking reading, playing games, and spending time with my family and our dog. I have children of my own, and I know how very important as well as impactful it is as a caregiver. One thing you should know about me is that I believe in having patience with one another to reach our goals. My skills include effective communication, active listening, empathy, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to various situations.
