I have been a PCA for a over a year and am interested in single client care. At my current job as a PCA I care for clients with Dementia/Alzheimers and I absolutely love what I do. However, I think one on one care is more beneficial for some people. Some of the cares I assist with are dressing, bathing, eating assist/meal set up, incontinence care/toilleting, transfer assist, general hygiene, activities, medication administration, glucose checks, and other general cares.
