About Nicole

Empowering students to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of my 25 years of experience as a Certified teacher. I hold a K12 reading specialist doctoral level licensure, however I teach all Core subject areas. My approach centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning through personalized support. I adapt my methods using visual aids, hands-on activities, and real-world examples to ensure complex concepts become manageable steps. I prioritize open communication with both you and your parents to track progress and refine our goals. Whether we meet in person or virtually, I strive to create a patient environment where families and students feel loved and valued. Communication is essential to growth and achievement. I am currently an assistant principal and college professor. I am a fully licenced educator that can meet most student needs whether they need help with general education or special education. I strive for students to simply love learning.
