About Nicole

I love working with kids because helping a child feel safe, cherished, and empowered to reach their milestones is the most rewarding work in the world. It's my calling to advocate for their health and growth. I actually fell in love with caregiving at 15, working alongside my mom, who was a postpartum doula. While she was taking care of the new mothers, I was right there caring for the newborns--holding them, comforting them, and keeping them safe. Learning how to read a baby's subtle cues and offer gentle, responsive care started right there at home, and it's been the heart of everything I do ever since. 1.
