My passion stems from positive experiences assisting adults and seniors, always prioritizing their independence and well-being. I provide services, including respite care, personal care, and mobility assistance. I'm also skilled in dementia care, medical management, and hospice services. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, based on their preferences. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I also have CPR and First Aid Training.
