We worked with Nicole for a period of about 2.5 months. During this time we experienced chronic lateness and call offs with wild reasoning behind them. The final straw with her was when she didn't show up to work on a Monday morning and we could not reach her. We did not hear from her until the afternoon and again had a wild story. We experienced a difficulty with her following our requests to assist in the household while our son slept. Communication was dicey when she left with our child too.
