Hello there! I've been taking care of kids, including those with Autism and/or ADHD for the past 4 years or so. I have found this deeply rewarding as I take great joy in witnessing a child make progress whether it's mastering a new skill or learning how to manage challenges in their own unique way. I strongly believe that every child is different and taking the time to understand their strengths, triggers, and preferred communication makes a tremendous difference in how they respond. While I am not formally trained in working with children with Autism or ADHD, my experience has taught me the importance of adaptability, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
