Nicole is an amazing caregiver and we were SO lucky to have found her. Her profound experience in the caregiving industry became very apparent to me and my family from the beginning. My Mom suffered from severe dementia, blood clots in both legs and many other ailments. Things were not easy but Nicole went above and beyond to make my Mom feel not only as comfortable as possible but very special during the last year of her life. She stands out from others because she knows how to create what I call the “caregiving spa experience” and I mean it just as it sounds. Her relationship skills are top notch and she is keenly aware of the dignity of the patient even when things get difficult. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me and my family.
