Nicole took care of our youngest full time for the last nine months (from 4 months old to 13 months) and our 3 year old part time. We moved out of state and are so sad she wouldn't come with us :) Nicole is dependable, responsible, patient and kind. She was always on time and never missed a day in 9 months. I trusted her judgement implicitly and always knew she had everything under control. She is able to navigate toddler power struggles without hesitation and can confidently juggle two under two. She is knowledgeable about developmental milestones and was always working towards the next thing. Our kids loved her and it is easy to see why. Hire her. You won't regret it.
