About Nicole

I am a dedicated educator and lifelong learner with a passion for fostering academic and personal growth. Currently, I serve as a K-5 Instructional Coach at Lincoln Charter School, drawing on my extensive experience from eight years of classroom teaching with a specialization in English Language Arts and cross-content curriculum integration. I hold a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. My hybrid program allowed me to gain valuable insights into educational policies and practices across three states, broadening my perspective on effective teaching. Beyond academics, I am deeply committed to community outreach, working to bridge the gap between schools and their communities through service initiatives, career exploration opportunities, and more. My mission is to enhance student success through innovative and rigorous teaching practices while nurturing the development of well-rounded, empathetic individuals.
