I have been caring for children for over 15 years. I worked in daycare setting with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years for about 8 years and also worked as a nanny for 2 years. For the last 4+ years I have been working at a school for special needs children as an instructional aide in a classroom. I help support the students and tailor the lessons according to the child's developmental stage. The children I work with range in age from 4 years to 10 years old. I have experience with a few different disabilities but most of my experience is with autism spectrum disorder. I love what I do and couldn't imagine doing anything else.

Nicole was fantastic! We booked her to watch our 2 young boys when we came in to town for a wedding and didnt know anyone in the area. She made us feel very confident in our choice. When she arrived, she connected with our boys immediately and they had a great time together. She was on time and helped entertain the boys while we finished getting ready.
