We had Nicole care for our very active 2 year old toddler for nearly a week. It's very clear that she has experience with children and psychology, due to the way she was able to connect and care for our boy. She came prepared with all the right questions, activity ideas, and befriended him very easily. She is trustworthy and timely, super knowledgeable about milestones and what is age-appropriate, and is able to make safety-led decisions. Our kiddo had a ton of fun with her and proudly told us about everything they did together while we were away. Would trust Nico again with our kiddo in a hearbeat!
