Nicole is so wonderful with kids and pets, my kids 7, 4, and 8months love her. She's so kind gives all the kids love and attention, plays with them. She does some light house work if asked, follows dietary instructions if you have them on certain types of foods. She's very cautious and informative if the kids are getting sick or fall she is very observant let's you know what's going on and if you want her to take them to the urgent care or not. She's easy to get along with, now that she's not caring for my kids we hang out and take the kids out together. I love her she's so wonderful and so will you! It's so hard to find a truly good person to care for your kids. Also I have a cat and dog she makes sure they are fed and water refilled.
