Nicole (who goes by "Nanny G") is an amazing caregiver! As a mother herself to 2 children, she knows how to help children thrive, build good habits, and understand boundaries at each developmental age. We trust her and are so appreciative for her time and care. She's kind, patient, loves life, and is always respectful. She worked consistently for our family for about a year watching one child, and at times multiple children simultaneously. We had to move on from hiring her for the sole reason that we moved further away. In addition to care taking for our son (aged 2 at the time), she was happy to help with daily tasks such as dishes, laundry, vacuuming, tidying up around the house, etc.!
