I truly value the importance of helping seniors feel respected, comfortable, and supported while maintaining their independence and quality of life. I have experience assisting with daily routines, medication reminders, meal preparation, mobility support, and providing companionship to help make each day feel more comfortable and meaningful. I have experience supporting individuals with different needs, including dementia care and recovery support. I am CPR and First Aid trained through ProTrainings and have completed additional training in trauma-informed care, mental health crisis response, suicide prevention, and opioid overdose prevention.
