Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. I currently own a home care agency. For the past 18 years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate home care, assisting with everything from medication reminders and light housekeeping to meal preparation and mobility. I am experienced in dementia care. I am HHA, CNA and CPR and First Aid certified. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience and empathy. I prioritize understanding each individual's preferences and history. I communicate regularly with families, using their preferred method, to provide updates and address any concerns. Supporting families and ensuring the well-being and independence of their loved ones is my goal.
