About Nicole

Hi! My name is Nicole, and I'm an experienced early childhood caregiver with a strong background in child development and mental health. I hold an associate's degree from Richard Bland College of William & Mary and a bachelor's in Psychology & Family Studies from James Madison University. I previously worked for three years as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children and have experience in Montessori and Reggio Emilia school environments around Charlottesville. I was a Primary Caregiver at Our Neighborhood Child Development Center for the past 2. 5 years. I'm conversational in ASL and love using it with pre-verbal babies to support early communication.
