Nicole was a caring, reliable, and responsive full time nanny to my son from ages roughly 7-11.5 months before he started daycare. She is dedicated, and was able to help me with my career by working long hours and coming early in the morning while my husband has been deployed. We find her to be super easy to work with, but more importantly, our baby loves her! She sings to him, makes him laugh, plays, reads books- in Spanish and English, helps with his baths, keeps him fed and rested, builds his confidence and generally has him in a good mood.
