Nicole was fantastic. She was punctual and was responsive to my kids needs. She was able to comfort my three-year old son who has bad separation anxiety within a couple of minutes of me leaving. She texted me pictures of my kids (unsolicited) throughout the time I was gone. The assurance that they were OK and having a good time, really gave me some peace of mind. She was also great with my 16-month toddler and held her when she needed to be comforted. This is the first time I have ever left my children with someone new, and I can honestly say, that I had an extremely positive experience. I will be using Nicole again. She's warm, accommodating, and all around a responsible caregiver. I give her my highest recommendation.
