Nicole nannied for my family over the course of 2.5 years, at times caring for three children under 3 years old; which is no easy feat! She is patient and kind, but also able to establish and maintain boundaries in an effective manner. She is the nanny you see at the playground going down slides, playing games, and genuinely enjoying her time with those she cares for. We were so sad when Nicole relocated, but know she will bring joy and comfort to the next family she nanny’s for.
