Experience I have extensive experience working with children with autism, ADHD, behavioral needs, and social-emotional challenges. I previously worked within a Special Services School District, where I supported students with a wide range of developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. I am currently a school social worker going into my 5th year, working closely with children and families to support emotional regulation, communication, coping skills, and positive behavior strategies. My experience has helped me create patient, structured, and supportive environments where children feel safe, understood, and encouraged to succeed.
