About Nicole

She was kind to our daughter and pleasant to work with, but ultimately was not the right fit for our family. One incident that raised significant concerns for us involved our daughter repeatedly being allowed to climb onto and stand on a rocking chair without supervision. Despite multiple opportunities to redirect her, the behavior continued and eventually resulted in her falling from the chair, head first. This incident raised significant concerns for us regarding Nicole's supervision and judgment around age-appropriate safety. Later that same day, Nicole informed us that she did not feel the position was the right fit for her because it required too much energy and she then chose to end the arrangement immediately. While we respect her decision, we were quite upset that she did not provide notice. We were relying on her for childcare that week, and the abrupt departure left us with very little time to make alternative arrangements and forced us to cancel previously scheduled travel plans. Based on our experience, we would not recommend her.
