About Nicole

I have 15 years of experience in the care field. The last 10 have been in management. I am an expert in Alzheimer's and Dementia. I have managed Memory Care units at top companies such as Sunrise, Brookdale, and Meridian. Previous to this I began my career as a Certified Nursing Assistant where I gained the knowledge to advance in the field. I also worked as an Activity Director where I was able to sing and bring joy to the residents while ensuring the many dimensions of health were met daily. I am currently attending graduate school and have decided to seek job opportunities that also allow for study time. I currently hold a B. A. in Communications from Cal State Fullerton. I will be pursuing my Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Christian and live upon these principles. I enjoy writing (especially poetry). listening to music, the ocean, and long drives. I also have a great sense of humor and have a positive outlook on life.

Nicole is still referred to as "our angel" for my dad. She was a full time live in caretaker for my dad. He was diagnosed with dementia, FTD, bipolar, schizophrenia. Needless to say, he was a handful!! She's the kindest, most patient, thoughtful, loving person towards my dad. She always understood what was needed and even helped me understand his situation. She always made things easier on me. She was flexible and always punctual. She kept an ongoing record of everything and shared it with me weekly. Her organization, communication, and insight were above and beyond my expectations. I trusted her input and knew he was in the best care. We are forever grateful!!!
