We had Nicole out for FOUR trial days (8a-3p) with our twin boys and she KILLED IT! (Figuratively...) We'll be calling on her for gap coverage when our FT nanny is unavailable and for babysitting - and would not hesitate to bring her on FT when able. She is fully of energy and attentive to the kids at all times. She is also flexbile with respect to schedules and duties - and always punctual! We also appreciate that she is respectful of our home and approach to parenting - yet still constructively offers advice based on her own experience. 10/10 recommend.
