I wasn't expecting to ever need assistance with my parents. But here we are. Nicole has been a great help to my family as a whole. She has handled both my mom who's battling a progressive disease and my Dad who has M.S with the most empathy, patience and compassion . When we had a unexpected family issue arise she even availed herself to us when she wasn't scheduled to work. She treated my parents as if they were her own. Their grooming and companion care was top tier. She was very thorough and reliable. Never had a call-out! We will be eternally grateful for Nicole.
