We hired Nicole to help us during 2 very difficult weeks. My elderly relative was living independently with another elderly person who suddenly was hospitalized. Her family was away on a business trip, my other family member/caregiver was out of the country, and I caught COVID. Nicole stepped in and managed my uncle’s care until we could arrange assisted living. She was clearly experienced as a care giver and managed well without much direction, provided excellent communication to keep us informed and noticed problems and deficits in my uncle’s capacity to care for himself that he had been hiding from us. She provided useful information that helped us navigate the appropriate level of care in his new setting, and was delightful to be around. We owe a great deal to Nicole for her help, and I would highly recommend her.
