About Nicole

I'd describe my personality as fun, upbeat, and empathetic! I like working with kids because they bring so much light, joy, and curiosity into the world. Watching the next generation learn, grow, and become their own unique individuals is incredibly meaningful and rewarding to me. I started working with children when I was 16 years old. Having the privilege of working as a preschool teacher assistant at a young age helped me develop patience, responsibility, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how to support each child's unique needs. In my spare time, I like to go on beach walks, work out, read, and spend quality time with friends and family. One thing families should know about me is that I will always treat their children with patience, kindness, and respect. I understand the importance of earning a family's trust and creating an environment where every child feels safe, comfortable, and valued. I'm also about to become an aunt, making childcare even more special to me!
